Last updated September 14, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Rocket Dispatch. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Rocket on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Rocket is for business use only and is not offered to consumers.

Accounts

  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Organization administrators decide who has access and what they can do.
  • Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the service;
  • try to access data or organizations you are not authorized for;
  • disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or overload it;
  • resell the service without our written permission.

Your data

You own the data you put into Rocket. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Operational responsibility

Rocket is a planning and record-keeping tool. Prices, volumes, routes, tank levels and schedules it shows depend on the data you and third parties provide. You remain responsible for safe fuel handling, regulatory compliance and verifying deliveries and invoices.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rocket available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during its term.

Termination

You may stop using Rocket at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After termination you can request an export of your organization's data for 30 days.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws of the province where you operate.
